In the renovated room, the toilet was plugged and needed maintenance to come fix it, then the 'suite door' that connects rooms had a very large gap underneath, a few inches, and you can see and hear the neighbors, a complete lack of privacy. Also, when we were transferred in the night to another room, we were given an older room, that was also not handicapped accessible, it was upstairs, and nowhere near parking on that side of the property; super inconvenient and challenging for persons like myself. Additionally, the tv programming in the older non-renovated rooms had very limited viewing channels, unlike the newer rooms that had many choices.
