Still amazing!
This is our second stay at this condo. It is in the perfect location in Indian Shores. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area but we also enjoyed staying in and preparing food (the kitchen is well equipped). Our favorite part of the condo is the balcony... we enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the beach come to life and end the evening with a cocktail as the sun set! Lyle has put a lot of thought into making this condo a sanctuary for anyone wanting to get away. We will definitely visit again!

An amazing place!
We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The decor, furniture, and appliances are all top notch! The view and beach was perfect and not crowded. The location felt very safe and close to everything. The host, Lyle, had great communication and even checked in with us before tropical storm/hurricane Debby hit to reassure us with the safety of the condo and building during the storm. We will definitely be back!

Very clean! The decor was amazing, cool art to look at in every room. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony, such amazing views. Kitchen was perfect, very well stocked if need to cook a meal. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable! Great location! Amazing sunsets! We had a wonderful time during our stay and loved sitting outside watching the beautiful sunsets! Convenient to area restaurants, shopping and more! Only one thing I would change is more than one trash bag for the kitchen.

This condo was wonderful! It is located right on the beach with the best view. Amazingly decorated and close to so many restaurants! Covered parking was a plus! We had a minor hiccup in trying to get in, but Lyle was super fast in helping us out! Great communication with him. Would definitely visit here again and stay in this unit! A lovely vacation!

My home away from home
I always stay here when it’s available. It’s a great unit that’s kept in stellar condition. You can tell the owner is very proud of it because he is continually adding little enhancements to the unit. The latest is a description of all of the art pieces in the place. So you get a feel of living in an art gallery on the beach.

We loved our stay.. The place was so nicely decorated and clean. Decor and furniture was of high quality. The place was perfect for our girls trip. We couldn't find sheets for the pullout bed but we made due with the extra blankets we had. The beach chairs was definitely very helpful. My husband and I came with our two little dogs for a week. The condo is amazing, clean, and even better than the pictures shown. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I loved having the vacuums to clean the sand from the beach that inevitably came in. We throughly enjoyed waking up and enjoying our coffee on the balcony and seeing dolphins swim! The beach was also great. We spent every day by the water enjoying the best weather Florida has to offer 🌞! The location is the perfect- have a couple of restaurants close… but still a residential vibe- and traffic isn’t crazy. This made it nice for taking the dogs out for walks. Thank you Lyle for sharing your wonderful condo!
