My family and I spent a week at this condo and definitely had a mixed experience. First of all, the location of the building is great. It is directly across the street from the public beach and next to the gas station. The room was stocked with chairs, toys, and other items that were great at the beach.
The room was fairly clean, but had a damp, musty smell.
The bottom area of the building where we were supposed to park was full of construction equipment and debris/trash. We were assigned parking spot J, and it was inaccessible.
The worst part of the stay was the construction. They started every day at 8am and were very loud. They used drills that shook the entire building and were loud enough that you had a difficult time talking over them. The property manager stated that we were warned that construction was happening and that we had received a reduced room rate. The property manager stated that there was nothing they could do about it. The property rule book states that there would be no construction noise before 9am and it simply was not true. I got the impression that because we were warned and accepted a reduced room rate, that we were expected to accept the noise at any time.
We tried to get a late checkout on Saturday so we could sleep in prior to leaving for home but were denied.
Due to the construction noise before 9am, we would not stay here again. We would not recommend this place to anyone while they are still under construction.
