We had a wonderful time. The pool was great. When it rained the lower bedroom flooded with water. The bathtub on lower level wasn’t draping properly. Still really enjoyed our stay.

Great House perfect for our needs! Kids could ride bikes down trail or to the beach, pool was perfect for a couple low key days at the house! Great location for day trips and pleanty of Local places to visit and dine out!

Great location.
This property has a wonderful location. Close to Pinellas Trail and lots of local things to explore. We had great responses from the staff during our stay. We know there was flooding in the area recently due to hurricane going by and figure they had lots to do prior to our arrival. Family of 7…it was tight feeling at times but overall met our needs. Loved the pool area.

Plenty of space in peaceful neighborhood
The home is situated in a really quiet neighborhood and has plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space for a little bit when needed. Check in was simple and communication with host was great - they have a book filled with information on the area if you’re in need of something to do. Very close to a Publix and a great little ice cream shop Donne the street

Beautiful home
My family had an awesome time staying at this beautifully renovated house. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, all the TVs were HUGE! The pool was well maintained and heated! Everything was as advertised! The property owner was very open and communicative the entire stay, and very friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends! Thanks so much for the beautiful home rental.

Crystal Cove
House was clean, updated and in a good location in Palm Harbor. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate more guests. The area surrounding the house is loaded with restaurants and stores and Clearwater beach is nearby. We golfed at a course 4 miles away as well. The reservation process was easy as was communication with management company, they were very responsive on a few questions we had.

Family gathering
My family suffered a loss in the family and had to travel to Tampa. We booked this house for all of us to be together. The property is great for families. It had an excellent game room downstairs and the pool was wonderful. The master bath condition(old, small tub for my dad, stained grout) and 3 flights of stairs were downsides for my parents who are older. The response time from the host was excellent. Overall, a nice stay.

Loved it
The rental company was amazing and on top of any problems that arrose. A wood step broke they came right out to fix it. No bags boards they brought out the day I called.. The cleaning got a 4. The house was super clean and I was happy about that. I did find a broken glass outside on the patio and a dirty cup with a couple empty water bottles on the 2nd floor deck. The only thing I was really disappointed about which had nothing to do with the rental company was when the landscapers blew a bunch of stuff into the pool that my son and I cleaned out, which was no fault of the rental company, the owner is working on selling it, so they had landscapers out twice interrupting my relaxing vacation and a realtor came by and took pictures unscheduled while we were there. Owner decided to lay shells out while I was there which was not convenient for my family. Overall I would definitely rent with sandy feet rental again.
