BEACH HOUSE GETAWAY! BEAUTIFUL WATER VIEWS & SUNSETS! PERFECT LOCATION!

I am sharing my home for anyone that is displaced by the storm. You will get the entire 3rd floor to yourself which is 3 bedroom and 2 baths. I will have either shared access to the home or limited. At the time of rental I will require a call to make sure your expectations are met. The home may not be perfect depending when you stay. Currently the pool is out of service.

This 3 story waterfront luxury home features 2 large balconies & w/spectacular water views and sunsets. It's loaded with stylish & comfortable furnishing & accessories. It’s conveniently located across the street from entertainment, dining, & groceries. It is only 1 mile away from the infamous the white sands of Madeira Beach and minutes away the #1 tourist destination in the county, John's Pass Village. The property offers a swimming pool, boat dock, spa tub, elevator & all the comforts of home. The 1st floor pool/party room is a spacious area with a kitchen, living room, plenty of seating & and a bedroom area. It is perfect for grilling out, outdoor activities, or the big game! The first floor also doubles as an in law suite.

Property manager Rob was great. House has a great layout, views of the bay and a very large hot tub or very small pool right next to the water. We had a fun stay.
