Great unit, beware wary of Vacasa policies during a hurricane

Condo was in a great location, kitchen had necessary items, beds were comfy. Easy access to beach. We had to evacuate after 2/5 nights due to Hurricane Milton. Customer service with Vacasa is lacking. No interaction with owner, enjoyed the unit. Easy check in and out.

Beautiful property and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The location is excellent; right on the beach and near so many restaurants, shopping and activities. We experienced some issues in the condo early on but every attempt was made to resolve them as soon as possible.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, it is a quiet complex, the management company was easy to communicate with and the condo was clean and just as described. The beautiful beach is a short walk away and there are lots of nearby shops and restaurants. We loved St Augustine and this condo.

Overall good stay.

Getting to the rental was a bit difficult. The resort is called Ocean Village Club, we were not informed that if you show up past 7pm you will not be let in. Customer service stated we would have to park outside of the condo somewhere and walk through to get to our room. After we got in though the stay was good. The pool closed earlier than we were expecting, closed at dusk which was around 8pm.

Fantastic condo with a beautiful balcony view! The rooms were clean, and it has a nice layout. It had all the amenities that our family needed.! The kitchen is well stocked. Close to many good restaurants, activities, and shopping centers. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time! We would love to come back here again!

Fantastic location in OVC. Close to both pools, the beach and 15 minutes from downtown historic district. Condo was very clean, updated and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, loads of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and they even had beach towels. This condo is an absolute must, will be booking again in the future.

The place was beautiful! Very clean and the view was pretty! Id suggest adding to the listing to let potential renters know they have to trek up 3 stories worth of stairs! Also please replace the beds!!! They are awful, the one in the master dug into my hips bc it was so sunk in. And the 2nd room the beds were very uncomfortable! Thank you!

Relaxation Special

Our condo was very clean and had all the items we needed for a great vacation. The beach was accessible through a secure gate, and had a wash area coming back to clean your stuff. The front gate and the door were a little sketchy getting them to work, but using the badge for the gate is the fix. Didn't like the checkout tasks we had to do as the cleaning fee should cover all that, but it wouldn't deter us from coming back.

Great property in St. Augustine

We were very happy with this property. It is part of a fairly large complex with limited social activies. The condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and is an end unit. The view of the ocean is actually better than in the photos, which is rare! What the pictures don't show is that you also have a great view of the ocean from the living room window. The condo is very close to the boardwalk going to the beach. The beach is beautiful and was not busy. The location was very convenient to restaurants and the local attractions. Parking was always available and is close to the building. The bedrooms are separated by the two bathrooms allowing a nice amount of evening privacy. We found all of the beds and furniture to be comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The listing does not mention that the condo has a number of games and a lot of beach toys. Finally, we brought our dog with us and found the property very dog friendly!
