Royal Pacific is always our #1 hotel to stay when we're visiting Universal! Upon entry, we immediately valet our car, because the cost to self-park is just under the cost to valet, so to us it's simply worth the expense. The valet crew is always so accommodating and friendly! Inside, the lobby is one of my favorites of all the park hotels. It's beautiful, relaxing, and it smells amazing! The check-in process is always seamless, and the staff are always helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. I put in a request with my reservation for a room close to the elevator, and upon check-in when I asked about it, they could not see the request on their end. They apologized and fixed it immediately, even calling to confirm the floor manager that the room assigned to me was in fact close to the elevator AND matched my water view booking. Excellent service! Next, the first floor dining room "Islands" has the BEST breakfast of all the hotels in my opinion! As a family of 5, it is crucial for us to get the day started right with breakfast for all of us. The dining room offers a buffet style breakfast option, and we automatically select it every time. Best breakfast before the parks! Last but not least, your room key acts as an Unlimited Express Pass for the parks! This is the BIGGEST reason we choose to stay here. The cost alone of Unlimited Express Passes is more than the room. So we get both Express and an amazing hotel for the price of one! Overall love Royal Pacific hotel. Best one!!

One of the great features this hotel offers is after paying for your $30 dollar parking fee (don't like) you get to keep your car there on check-out day while you go to the park on your final day (Like a lot) . The only problem we had is that the parking meter did not let us out at the end of the day, trying to charge us $109. We had to back our car up, go inside, and stand in line to get it fixed. Which they did for us. All in all, very happy.

This is our third time staying to the Royal Pacific. The hotel is in a prime spot when visiting Universal Studios. It’s a short 6 minute walk to Islands of Adventure, and has its own security checkpoint so you can bypass the busy general public lines. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and even a standard room is large enough even our family of four. Highly recommend, especially with the unlimited express pass included!

I loved how close it was to the parks. From the moment we arrived until we departed, all the staff seemed like they actually cared and went above and beyond.

Someone other than myself and my friend had an access key to my room. While we were in the room, someone was able to access our room and open the door. Housekeeping also came into my room and started cleaning it before my I checked out of the room.

Overall great experience but when checking in, the person at the front desk that checked us in rolled her eyes when i was giving her my email addressed associated with my reservation. Property was great and very comfortable.
