We had an issue with our bathroom and the staff attended to our needs immediately. Fabulous food, the standard and quality was high end at affordable prices. "The staff at the hotel were super friendly and very pro dogs. Breakfast was very nice and good location for getting to the beach and five min walk from Seahouses centre. I had one of the windowless rooms, which wasn't a problem in the deep winter, wouldn't have liked it in summer. Nice little touches of biscuits for me and my dog on arriving. Only niggles they seemed a bit short staffed as one staff member seemed really busy. Plus they said there would be a fridge in my room, for dog food. But...

"We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall."

Also coffee machine was not working and it was noted to make americano but it was very watery and they wouldn’t provide a caffietere or pot of tea which they used to. Service at this point was disappointing as they noted they didn’t want to make the coffee. "
