"Our kids spent Christmas with their in-laws this year so we were by ourselves. We love to kayak on the Weeki Wachee river launching at Rogers Park. This house was right around the corner and right on the water. It was a perfect place to stay and launch our kayaks. The house was in great shape and very clean. "We planned to swim with manatees but found so many other wonderful things to do as well. The location of the house is perfect for taking a paddle up or down river. Up river is gorgeous and a quiet paddle of clear water and nature. Convenient to both state parks, manatee tours and even an airboat ride. We had the best time and will definitely be back!! "
