The property itself isn’t bad. The outdoor areas are maintained fairly well, with staff frequently walking around to clean up after guests who neglect to pick up after their dogs or leave cigarette butts on the ground. There’s also a large designated area for walking your dog, which is kept relatively clean.
Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black—I ended up wearing my slip-on shoes the entire time indoors, and I’m glad I brought them. There appeared to be dried blood or another questionable substance on the floor near the sink. The tub and shower were stained, and there was hair left behind on one of the shelves.
The TV gave out during our stay—sound worked, but the screen went completely black. As for the shower, good luck maintaining a steady temperature. It swung wildly between scalding and freezing, though the water pressure was strong.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and greeted us often, checking to see if we needed anything. It's hard to understand why our room was in such poor condition given the otherwise attentive service.
