"I will say that if you have not had the opportunity to stay at the Sanctuary put it on your list! It is beautiful hotel, location and great service! Hotel is right on the Atlantic Ocean and it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. I could go on and on, just make it a place to go even if it is just for a couple of days, stunning!"

"We've stayed in this former house before, and were happy to come back. The rooms can be basic, but always clean and supplies all you need. I love their breakfast set up in the kitchen, and the self check in instructions sent to my phone. Please keep your voices low in the public areas, as the rooms aren't sound proof. It's a cute, funky, Folly stay, with parking and easy walking to Center St."

"Checking in was a bit confusing and I wasn’t sure what the room actually looked like beforehand. The check in address was not included and when I called, the address they gave did not pull anything up. Overall, the condo could use some renovating but was nice. I found a dental flosser in the pull out couch and a weird herbal supplement on the table. Cleaning could have been better but overall nice place. Quick walk to the beach. "

"The location of this property was great!! Short walking distance to the beach and main street. It was a cute little place as well, clean, easy check in. The only thing I was a little caught off guard with was the fact I didn't have a guaranteed parking space. There's 16 units but only 13 parking spots, so if you don't book early you're not guaranteed parking and will need to find a spot along the street. The outside however had construction going on right outside the back window with condos going up (which blocked the beautiful view that was in the listing when we booked) .
