“Excellent weekend stay for my wife and I. We came down for family weekend at College of Charleston. Excellent stay! Excellent accommodations and excellent staff. Wife and I had a wonderful weekend staying here. Will definitely have to reserve this place again in the spring. We loved our stay!!!”

“Property was beautiful. It was peaceful and offered plenty of experiences and amenities. Staff was kind and attentive. They went above and beyond. ”

“A clean room with a view of the march. Happy hours from 4 to 6 with few appetizers and wine. They also have bikes for a stroll around Folly. The bed was way too soft, I sinked in the middle. The linen was clean and they have robes. I had a great stay.”

“The location of this property was great!! Short walking distance to the beach and main street. It was a cute little place as well, clean, easy check in. The only thing I was a little caught off guard with was the fact I didn't have a guaranteed parking space. There's 16 units but only 13 parking spots, so if you don't book early you're not guaranteed parking and will need to find a spot along the street. Luckily I found one close to our stay in which I just left my car there all weekend and……

“It was our first time at Folly beach and this spot was perfect! It was right by a beach access point and downtown. Besides for driving into downtown Charleston we did not need our car at all the full trip. Great place for long walks on the beach and bar crawling. ”

“The place was extremely clean and interior was as depicted. The outside however had construction going on right outside the back window with condos going up (which blocked the beautiful view that was in the listing when we booked) . The wifi had multiple issues but being fairly tech savvy i was able to firgure it out. Other than that location was excellent and the place was very nice.”

“Room was clean, description was accurate. Pool isnt heated so it was a bit cold the day we were there and wanted to swim but its within walking distance to the ocean so not a huge issue. No one on site for immediate issues like more towels etc.”
