"We loved our stay here. The room was spacious with the most beautiful hot tub and comfortable beds. The pillows were super bouncy and it was like a home away from home. "Staff members were amazing "

"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...

"Public areas of the building were filthy, giving a terrible first impression for an otherwise excellent property. The washer and drying facility in the shower really helped after we got completely drenched one very rainy day."

"Staff are very attentive and helpful. If the laundry can be inside the unit will be perfect. We are satisfied overall."

"The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so responsive and accomodating throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely dining area with a huge couch. Some of the staff spoke english which was fantastic. This is the largest hotel room we have had since staying in japan."
