“very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!”

“I have mostly good things to say about the hotel but my experience definitely came with some issues. Some of which are not their fault but worth mentioning. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was comfortable. It seems they were getting work done on the hotel while I was there, so things may have been a bit more disorganised than usual but when I checked in, my room’s fridge wasn’t working. The flip side of that is I explained to the staff, they gave me some ice to keep things cold……

“Hotel was good for one night. Definitely seems like they are short staffed. I was able to check in two hours early. Room was a double queen and it was ok. Bathrooms were just ok, could use an upgrade. Shower curtain was dirty and the bathtub was peeling. They also did not provide a backup toilet paper roll. I was traveling with two young kids and my husband. ”
