“Loved the view and seclusion. A few miles in either direction to food, drinks and fun. ”

“I been coming to this camp ground for over 20 years so I know what to expect wish the cabin had a tv but other then that it was a good weekend I would do it again the bug situation is something that comes with camping your outdoors but there was a lot of ants in the cabin once we sprayed they cleared right up which was good me and my family enjoyed our time there”

“We loved staying here, everything was just as listed and we loved the seclusion and peacefulness of this place. If we are in the area visiting again, we definitely would rent again. ”

“My husband and I are retired and plan to travel at least once a month and stay in different places… We are used to sleeping in tents and hiking the Appalachian Trail so the accommodations in the covered wagon were five star to us… The bed was comfortable, and it was very clean and decorated nicely! Unfortunately, we went in December when it was cold and windy and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outside with the fire pit and the hot tub… But we will definitely be back for that! Do yourself……

“This property was absolutely stunning. From the firepit to the outdoor bathroom, there is absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing, and private getaway. The ONLY thing I would fix, is I would go back when it is not chilly, as the heater did not warm the inside at all. But that's nitpicking, this property was phenomenal and we will definitely be back!”

“Great location, private, next to a creek and on a farm. Roomy and very comfortable beds. The outdoor bathroom was large and the shower was also very nice. We loved the privacy and fresh eggs. My niece loved walking amidst the animals in the morning. ”

“We have been going to Scotrun for Many years. Even though they have increased prices to stay on the grounds, the grounds need some attention. The pool was dirty, several broken tiles in the pool, broken basketball hoops. We were disappointed. Another con: extreme late check in, and early checkout. Makes it difficult when traveling with children. ”
