"I love every hi"

"My second visit to this hotel booking the private pool villa. My wife was rather uncomfortable for most of our stay as the air con is locked so it does not allow below 22C. Given that we paid £350 per night we weren't too happy to be uncomfortably warm. Would recommend fixing this as every other hotel provides it even a hotel were we paid just £35 per night. The hotel was beautiful & food was delicious. We didn't like the whole QR code ordering as standard - was a hassle to get a physical menu as they seemed to be in short supply. The thai dance and yoga classes were not actually ever available during our stay despite the schedule showing as available. In the photo does it look like there is a Thai dance class at 11am on Tuesday? "

"It’s our second time staying at Four Point. We just find the hotel is nice. Clean . Location at a quieter end of Patong, yet near the beach and shopping. All plus for our needs. "

"Really great place…no real complaints. It’s a bit hilly so a lot of up hill walking but they do have shuttles which are pretty convenient. You can take the shuttle to Karon beach as well HOWEVER last shuttle back is 6 so you can’t really go to Karon for dinner or see the sunset. But that said you could still use Grab to come back. Anyway highly recommended. "

"This place exceeded all my expectations! So many on site amenities and activities going on daily. Amazing food in all the restaurants and just a beautiful hotel with 3 huge pools situated right on a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. I have to shout out a few staff members. Bas at the rum shack was awesome! We loved going there during the evenings with live music and great drinks. His customer service and attention to detail really elevated our stay here to above 5 star! Petch with the room service staff was very kind and personable. After our first day running into him throughout the resort he remembered our names and from then on whenever he was at our service he was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to have us there as guests. Again this was another wow factor that can’t be matched. Lastly we would like to thank Tuk the manager at breakfast. You could tell this is a really well run establishment and the breakfast crew moves like clockwork. All the staff at breakfast was very nice and accommodating to us and you could tell it all starts with her leading such a great group of people. We stayed at multiple other 5 star hotels and resorts in all of Thailand on our trip but this one definitely takes the cake. The amenities and the high level of service provided here are just unmatched. If you are staying in Phuket this is the place you NEED to stay at. If I am ever so fortunate to return to this paradise I will stay here again for sure! "
