What we liked: Breakfast was wonderful; the pool areas were beautiful and relaxed. Staff were attentive and friendly. What could have been better: check in felt a bit unorganised. While the resort is beautiful, you really need to be able bodied to get around - it’s spread out and there are a lot of steps. The hotel offers one way shuttles to Bangla Rd three times in the afternoon/evening, but a return option would have also been good. We did love our stay, and the resort. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay at Amari Phuket was pleasant. It was close to shops to where you could walk. We had the all inclusive option but that only covered breakfast lunch and dinner, not room service. Our room was clean and stayed cool. Customer service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed at Amari for our honeymoon and the Amari team went above and beyond for us. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, Bangla road and other bars and restaurants. The only negative is that the hotel is not the easiest to walk around due to steep hills but if you call reception they will send a buggy to transfer you around the complex. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great and unique hotel. Staff super friendly. Amazing amenities. Great food. Wonderful breakfast and pool area. Spa also fantastic. The only downside is the traffic around the area and some rooms are very far from the lobby so you need to either walk up the hill or they also offer van service which is not always available.

We stayed at Amari for 3 nights The room service was good and also cleaned the rooms. But they had some kind of wierd smell in the room as maybe they are closed for long time We had food buffet at restaurant was so spicy we could not eat beyond starter salad Also we saw other tourists who had wheelchair they were struggling to get to 2nd floor with four people lifting the chair and was not wheelchair accessible so when booking have to check this.
