"This was my first time at this property and, WOW! The staff from the moment we pulled up was absolutely amazing. The entire place was perfectly decorated for the holiday as well. The room service was great, providing ice when requested so we didn’t have to go on a hunt indoor it. I will say there are/were several ‘crackheads’ in the surrounding streets so just be ready for that. I think that’s a SA problem and has zero impact on the actual property. Anytime I ever come back, this is where I’m staying. I loved the bar, the spacious rooms and the architecture was breathtaking. "
