We were a family group of 15 & could find multiple food options within blocks & even next door from American to Chinese, Italian, pizza, Chipotle, and even fresh food markets all within minutes of your front door. The host was very attentive in answering questions and making suggestions when asked. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay at this property and with this host again!"

"This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! "

"Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"Beautiful apartment, ample space for two couples or small family. Quiet, cute neighborhood, close to subway and many convenience stores and restaurants. Kitchenette is small but has all you need for small get togethers. One flight of stairs up and an initial problem with the door lock, which mysteriously disappeared after that first encounter. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would like to return in the future!"

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

The subway line 6 is just 1 block away, and line 2,3 is 4 blocks away, so it is very convenient to travel around Manhattan. Roomsare fine, and 1 bathroom is renovated. Plenty of towels, bedsheets, and supplies. Reasonable price for the number of bedrooms and location. Will book again. "

"2 colleagues on a business trip. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space. It is a tired property up 4 flights of stairs but clean and warm! For NYC good value and ideal for 2 of us. 4 on business would have been less than ideal as 2 of the rooms were very small. But for what we needed and expected it was excellent!"
