"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the...

"Beautiful room/apartment, lovely area, but the best part was our hostess. She was delightful, very welcoming and communicative. Helped arrange for us to see a flamenco show and got us reservations at a wonderful restaurant. She is fantastic!"

"Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."

"Hotel is at the bottom of the hill with an easy stroll to the various points of interest in town. Short taxi ride ( or Walk ) to the Alhambra. Shopping and restaurants are all close by. "Great location to visit Alhambra. About 5 min walk to Gate Justice entrance to skip the line of the main entrance. Also you can schedule the time that has less tourists because you are so close. It’s important because your pictures won’t have a lot of people in it. Beautiful hotel and great view. Very quite. We had dinner at Resaurante Mirador Carmen de San Miguel which is only 5 min walk from the hotel. Great food. Roasted suckling pig is delicious. "

"This is a fantastic hotel. Their “Level” rooms are their Club Level and give full access to their Club Lounge on the 6th Floor with full complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktails from 5-7pm. Even better is that the Club Lounge has a panoramic views of The Alhambra, Cathedral, and the hills of Granada. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. This hotel is superb!"
