"This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax."

"Beautiful views from our room. Very clean and well put together. Blackout curtains helped with jet lag. Internet was a bit patchy. Bed was very hard which helped with back pain but may be a lot for people with different preferences. Check in and out were seamless. Location is perfect for taking public transit and lots of things in walking distance. Enjoyed our brief stay!"

"We really liked the location of this hotel. We stayed for two nights and on the second night they took our towels and when we went down to the front desk they said they would bring them up and never did. The service was not the best. The room was nice overall but fairly worn."
