"Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel HK from April 9 to 13 exceeded all expectations. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Florence Li at the front desk, who ensured the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. Our room, which faced Victoria Park, was excellent, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were not only friendly but also attentive to our needs. The hotel's central location offers unbeatable access to shopping and transportation. I am already looking forward to my next visit."

"Beautiful views from our room. Very clean and well put together. Blackout curtains helped with jet lag. Internet was a bit patchy. Bed was very hard which helped with back pain but may be a lot for people with different preferences. Check in and out were seamless. Location is perfect for taking public transit and lots of things in walking distance. Enjoyed our brief stay!"

"I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team."
