The Space:

Unwind in three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two with its own en-suite bathroom. Sink into plush beds after a day of exploration and wake up refreshed and ready to take on another day in the great outdoors. The living room offers a pull out sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cook up delightful meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the essentials you need to channel your inner chef. Share laughter and stories around the dining table as you savor your creations.

The Neighborhood:
The Granite Ridge area is highly desirable due to the larger lot size and the beautiful pine & cedar trees. Also, this area is only 5 minutes from restaurants & the lake!

Getting Around:
This place has a 3 car garage, only 2 are accessible due to the ping pong table. It also has a long driveway with parking for 3 additional vehicles. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.

Other Things to Note:
**4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake**

-BBQ propane isn't provided.
-Wood isn't provided for the fireplace. Bring your own.
- Smart tv in living room. 3rd bedroom has chrome cast.
-master bedroom has tv with dvd player only.
-No air conditioning.

I live about 10 minutes away, so I'm available at any time, but I will respect your privacy during your stay.
