"The lobby is beautiful and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the lobby with a view of the river from inside the lobby/- best of both worlds- beautiful view of lobby and river without the cold December wind. Everything was conveniently situated from the elevator to the free ferry boat dock just outside the hotel. The hotel is immaculate and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Definitely worth the price paid. You must pay to park but there is a public garage across the street. We walked to dinner and all around the city coming home at 11:00 pm on a Friday. Felt safe. Lobby is very nice. Bedroom gorgeous. Bathroom not excellent. Needs new finishes and a good scrub but not gross. Absolutely beautiful area and city. We will be back and happy to stay at TRYP again. "This was an adorable boutique hotel and very affordable. It was right on Reynolds Square in the Historic District. They offered a fun wine and cheese reception every weekday from 4:30 to 6:30. We had a twin bed room. The beds were very tiny but I loved the historic building and furnishings. This is not a chain hotel so might not be for everyone, but we loved it. The service staff were great also."
