"Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days. "

Our main frustration was that the host never responded to our texts or questions in the VRBO app. He answered the phone when I called once with a somewhat urgent question. We wouid have given 5 stars across the board had communication been better. "

"We chose the property as it was near the three wedding venues. And was easy 10-15min drive to each. The houses back yard and nearby park were perfect for our two yr old granddaughter to burn off energy. "

"We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal.
