Wonderful property and great location
Can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was more than enough for our family, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We didn’t even need to leave the area if we didn’t want to. We couldn’t have chosen a better location.

A Great Place for a Family Reunion
Nice, clean, good appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms. TVs everywhere. Proximity to St Armand’s a plus. Only negative is it’s expensive.

Great Location
We stayed here recently and would very easily recommend this location to others. We were a large group with adults and children. Trevor the property manager was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. The pool and set up of the house was so convenient for large groups and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely stunning property and fantastic location!
We travel to this location with our entire family. Grandma, parents, teenagers, babies. The house is absolutely beautiful, and I love the layout that it is all on one floor. The pool was gorgeous and perfect temperature for the babies to even be swimming in it. One block away from all of the shopping and dining you could ever need, and three blocks from the ocean. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Family Vacation
Our family of 18 had a fabulous week is St Armands. The house was fabulous and perfect for a large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen table and pool were our favorite features. The table could easily seat 24 people and the pool as the nicest private pool we’ve ever seen. Trevor, the property manager was great. He responded and took care of any questions and issues immediately! We would highly recommend this house!

Perfect for our large group
We had the pleasure of staying here a week in September for our daughter's wedding. We had a large group of family and friends - 11 of us total. The youngest was 23 and the oldest was 79. The house was perfect! Everyone had their own room, own bathroom, and plenty of seating inside and out. Nice touches that went over and above were having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers/dryers, plenty of pool towels, mirrors, tvs and luggage racks in every bedroom and the outdoor kitchen. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to St Armand's with all the shopping and restaurants and also the beach. Also a short 15 minute drive to the airport for pickups and drop offs. The pool was a favorite. We were able to have all the bridesmaids meet at the house the morning of the wedding and some of the bridal party stayed the afternoon of the rehearsal poolside with us. The property management was great! Easy check in and check out instructions and a member reached out to me a couple of times just to see if we needed anything. There were even some "Congratulations" cupcakes for the newlyweds waiting for us when we arrived. What a special touch! Thanks for making it a great trip

Had our entire family on the property and enjoyed all aspects of the home. Loved that almost every bedroom had a private bath/shower. Pool and grill were used every day. Proximity to restaurants and beach could not have been better! Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Great Vacation home right next to everything!
The home was great, and everything we need for our family. The Beach was a short walk, but the kids loved the pool and slide. Neighbors complained about our dogs barking so be careful renting this place if your dog barks at people. Besides that house was great!

Bischbash reunion
Very beautiful home. Quite a walk to the beach. We overpacked beach towels and chairs. House has plenty of these for a large crew. Downfall: living room furniture not enough seating and the outdoor grill smoked up the WHOLE house when used. Management is working on having the stack cleaned. Overall it was perfectly located to St. Armands Circle.

Best experience
The property was amazing. The pool kept the grandkids entertained 24/7. Our property manager was so helpful, you would have thought he was the owner. He answered emails and texts on weekends and later in the evening. The 2 dishwashers and 2 frigs and 2 washer/dryers were a blessing. There were plenty on towels, glasses, silverware, dishes etc so you did not run out of anything if you were waiting to turn on the dishwasher or laundry. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent manager, house and location, super clean!
Overall experience was awesome. The house is beautiful, so is the location! The manager was so responsive and the whole place was extremely clean! If I had to give any suggestion, I’d say to add additional indoor seating especially in family room so that larger groups (16 people) can sit together in the same room. Also, not sure where there would be room for this, but additional lounge chairs in the sun by the pool would be great. But the place is gorgeous, felt so clean the property manager was awesome! Would go back again for sure! 5 stars!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures.
The house was perfect for a group of HS senior girls and moms. Trevor was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. The pool area is amazing. I was worried would be smaller than it looked in pictures and in fact I would say it was bigger. The location is amazing...very short walk to the beach and literally around the corner from the shops and restaurants of St. Armands. The only downside was that there are many neighbors with signs opposing rental houses and our first full day at 7:40pm we had a call that police had been called about us playing music outside. We didn't feel we could use a speaker by the pool after that.

JUST PERFECT
What an amazing experience, we were a group of 17 and we did not feel crowded at all. The house was exactly as it was listed, spacious rooms, very social kitchen, very well equipped, the highlight of the house is the huge super social pool they have, we spent most of the time at the pool and when the sun was not as strong we went to the beach, which brings me to the next highlight of the house. What a location, 5 min walk to lido beach and 3 to the the shops and restaurants. The manager was súper accesible. I would definitely rent this place again without even thinking.
