Enjoyable experience

This unit was neat, clean and perfect for our family holiday vacation. Location is great with just a short 5-7 min walk to the beach OR 2-3 min drive. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood - excellent location.

The house was centrally located, beautiful, comfortable and large enough for our group. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood, to the beach and pool as well as the shops. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Gem on Oyster Lake

We had the BEST Family vacation here on Oyster Lake - just short walking distance to an INCREDIBLE, beautiful beach. My grandkids and Adults loved the doc overlooking this beautiful vista of Lake Oyster - they went fishing off the doc and great place to take family photos. The house was very clean and just as advertised. The Garage housed all the beach needs (boogie boards, rafts, sand toys, umbrella, chairs and more). The lower level has an in-law suite that’s perfect for Grandmas & Grandpas - while the upstairs floors accommodated all the comforts of home. Well equipped kitchen and TVs for each everyone. You will love this place. Our favorite handout was Stinky’s. There’s a beautiful board walk and lake behind stinky’s where the kids went fishing - this vacation was the R&R we all needed! Thank you Vicky for extending your home to us for a GREAT Vacation.

Blissful Beach Escape

Our visit was made perfect by our stay at Dune Breeze! The home is beautifully appointed and amazingly situated, a short walk to the beach and easy driving access to wonderful shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Trip!

Planned a week stay on the 30A for my extended family. We loved the location of this property and felt like we were able to vacation like locals. The beach access was great, and we were only a short drive (golf cart or car) from many wonderful restaurants! The layout of the house is great for families, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs! We look forward to visiting again!

Quaint Stay by the Sea

This little place was perfect for our last minute get away. With our golf cart we had easy access to the beach and several of our favorite dining and shopping locations. Small pool for the little kids was nice and neighbors were all nice and respectful. Had a great trip!

Best home and area to vacation hands down !

The location was excellent. We rented a golf cart to make the beach trek easier. (6 adults 2 smaller kids in addition to chairs and umbrellas). We had plenty of room in the beach house . We had a minor inconvenience but it was taken care of. Great restaurants close by. We had a blast at Stinky’s fish camp. The beach was not overloaded . We’ll definitely be back !

Relaxation at it’s finest!

Beautiful house! Lots of space, very clean, newly updated and the kitchen has everything you need and more! We were overwhelmed with the great location and beautiful beach. Just a short walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay a lot albeit the weather was quite chilly to spend much time at the beach. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t use that either. The sleeping accommodations were great for our family that gathered from 3 states. We did have an issue with the gas grill that Geoffrey addressed promptly.

Family vacation

The place was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us …7 adults, 1 teenager (17yr old) and 2 children (2 yrs old and 1 yr old). It was really clean, too. The bottom floor was perfect for my daughter, her husband and 2 little ones. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs, toys and a wagon available. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad either. Everything was great, except for the weather …unfortunately, we had a rainy week, but we made the best of it.

Perfect Location!

I can’t say enough positives about Dune Breeze Villas! The house is perfect for more than one family. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach. We rented a golf cart, which was fun and made carrying beach accessories easy, but not required because the walk is short. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families. My kids loved the pool in the evenings. The house was stocked with everything we could need, from kitchen accessories to beach accessories. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to book this house again next summer!
