Wonderful Stay
The home was absolutely beautiful and very immaculate. We were in close proximity to the beach and a ton of eating establishments. The staff there is very accommodating and will communicate throughout your entire visit if needed. They also reached out to see how our stay was going. We will definitely be back to 30A and will most definitely use Diamond Gulf Rentals when we book.

Great Location
Closer to the beach than expected and the pool was wonderful. Traffic on 30A wasn't too busy like 98 around Destin. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at the Aquascape. Rooms were good sized, clean, and bright. Pool was clean and a real treat after being in the sand all day. Beach access is very close to the house. Kitchen was well stocked and served our needs. We loved staying here!

PERFECT location
This house is in the PERFECT location- walkable to a quaint “downtown” with restaurants and coffee shop, but in a quieter part of the beach. Beach entry less than a minute away on foot and not at all too crowded/loud (in late April anyway). Lovely house

Wonderful week!
Beautiful property in a great location-only 1-2 minor issues which property management responded to and addressed immediately. This home is comfortable, well decorated, with plenty of space outdoors and in and is close to beach and several cute restaurants and shops. Loved our week here!

April Aquascape visit
Loved our week at the Aquascape. It accommodated our large family very well. Having the heated pool was awesome since the weather was a little cold. The staff at Diamond was very helpful and responsive. We've stay here several times and will definitely return.

Cozy Getaway
I absolutely loved this home. It was very cozy and clean for the most part. I loved the fact that the dishes and cookware were updated and there were plenty to work with. The rental company was wonderful and very responded promptly. I would definitely book this location again. It's very close to the beach and the heated pool was wonderful.

We had a great time for our annual Christmas in July! We had a couple of issues with the fridge and garage door but we were all impressed at how quickly response time was! Awesome house very clean and management and owners were amazingly helpful thru the whole process ! Definitely in our list to stay at again !

Perfect Beach Getaway
We had a fantastic time at Aquascape in early August. The house was great and we really enjoyed the pool and being walking distance to Dune Allen Beach. It was the best beach, whitest sand and the clearest water we've ever seen. We also loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the distance. It really felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed. Wal-Mart and a Publix supermarket are just a short drive away. We would gladly stay there again.

My family and I stayed at Aquascape as for five days in March. The home is beautifully decorated and the owner was amazing to work with. The home has a pool which my kids loved. The beach is incredibly close and we rented additional chairs with no issues. We'll be back!

The community only beach access in the area are all over crowed. The company losses their beach lease so the renters have very little beach space, we check them out but they are all over crowed.

Perfect week on 30a!
We had our annual family trip last week and couldn't have been happier with our stay at Aquascape! The location to the beach access is prime. I have personally stayed in plenty of places on 30a, and this is by far my favorite. It had the perfect layout for our group of 11. The teenagers loved their space, and all the room amenities were great! Loved that we all had balconies too! We spent most nights on the main floor balcony enjoying the breeze. The kitchen was more than well stocked. The pool in the backyard was a special bonus! Everyone loved being able to jump in after a long day at the beach!! Appliances all on great shape and good working order. Almost guaranteed that we will come back to this property! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Can't wait to come back!
Aquascape was a perfect house for our family! The location was awesome and loved being across the street from the beach. We had everything we could have needed including a garage full of anything you'd need for the beach. You need to bring your own beach towels but there wasn't anything else we needed that we couldn't find there. Santa Rosa is one of our absolute favorite beaches and we are thrilled our family loved it as much as we do. Diamond rental company was so great and easy to work with! We all can't wait to come back!

Above expectations
I was nervous with booking any house for a friends/family vacation especially in an area I knew nothing about but this house was perfect! It fit all of us perfectly and was conveniently located in probably the best spot. A short 2 minute walk to beach access and a little less than a mile away from shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The area itself is amazing and so much cool, local things to do and the house was great for both adults and kids. The staff was great with communication and addressed any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going to back.

Perfect location
The house is in a prime location on 30-A. It is well stocked with towels, kitchen items, beach chairs, floats etc. The pool was a nice size and we loved the yard. Excellent balconies and outdoor space. The beds were comfortable. The only downside I see is that if you had the max capacity you could not sit down to eat together and the house would be very crowded. The two kid rooms are very small. This house is good for two families, three would be a bit much in my opinion. We loved the space and location. Thank you for a great stay.

Great house, great area, not great weather
Only complaint was bikes were unsafe and my nephew had the rusty chain lock up and stop bike causing injury to both feet requiring emergency medical attention. He was unable to go in water the entire vacation. Need to maintenance bikes or not supply them
