"The hotel is a bit outside verona , but the saving grace is the shuttle - fr hotel to town centre which is good . We’re let down on our last night , the shuttle didnt come , so we took a taxi but was refunded immediately, which is good . Staff are very helpful & nice . The room is spacious & clean .
