Pros: easy access into property, clean, prompt response from owner
Cons: property listing sleeps 6 with 2 showers. We are a family of five and the fourth and fifth person had to take lukewarm and cold showers. On our next day we made sure to take quick showers and still ended up with cold and lukewarm water by the fourth and fifth persons turn.
Also, listing offered a potential discount to Frontline workers, and to inquire about this. When I did, I did not qualify because I booked outside a timeframe to receive this discount (within 60 days). I was told this is left purposely ambiguous as certain months and booking times will not qualify, and that is why you have to inquire. So, the advertisement that the frontline worker may qualify for a discount is always at the discretion of the renter, depending on the timeframe (booking time and month of booking). In essence, he’s grateful for Frontline workers when it is convenient for him, which is not how gratitude works in my opinion, and still wants credit for the offer.
