"Good service wasn’t happy with the first room because of the shabbiness and lack of space - couldn’t get around the bed. Carpet and couch looked stained in areas. Staff relocated us to another room in better condition. Comfortable bed and relatively quiet so all in all a good nights sleep. My stay would have been genuinely 3 star if the furnishings especially in the bathroom where in a better condition. "

"The staff at this location are the stars of the show. Also the night staff at Locke Broken Wharf especially the junior on night shift. Unfortunately for us there was a burst pipe half way through our stay (obviously things happen outside the hotels control) however the staff handled the situation exceptionally and we had no issues onwards to the Locke at Broken Wharf. We were a bit disappointed because it was a bit far from where we were however it is Xmas time and London is a busy city so...
