Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is conveniently located within a short walk of Gloucester Road Station, the Natural History Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are very friendly.

I have a lovely experience at the Radisson Blu in South Kensington. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning is lovely, and the room itself, though a bit small, is very clean and updated. The location cannot be bit as you are in a beautiful, desirable neighborhood and within walking or tube distance to everything that you would want to see including Windsor Palace, and also many markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and location.

Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊

Room was well appointed. Loved the large bath tub! Great amenities (shortbread, hot chocolate). Best was its convenient location to public transport and parks. Staff were all friendly and very helpful!

The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good, but the property is very dated. The bathroom was awkward because the tub walls were very high. The hallways and rooms are furnished in dark, depressing colors. The AC unit was located directly above our bed and began to leak condensation on our final day.

Bad- Experience was okayish, not too good for a 4 star hotel My bad sheet had dirt underneath, the charging point was far away from the bed and there was no kettle/coffee/tea services in the room. Room was also extremely small. Goods- Bathroom was clean and big, iron table and iron in good condition, staff very helpful Overall, I wouldn't call it value for money for a 4 star hotel
