Short easy walk to mayo
Some things to beware of when you rent this property: One it’s upstairs (wasn’t a problem for us) two you have no control over thermostat the tennant in basement does. So it can get very hot. Clean comfortable bed. Clean rooms. 4 bath towels provided. Nice table to eat at and nice living room. No dishwasher as shown in listing. No biggie we can wash just an fyi.

Excellent location near Mayo
This was a great property and the manager was very responsive if there was a question prior, during and after the stay. We were only a few minutes walk or drive to Mayo downtown. The property is an older house, but in good condition. My only complaint would be that if we were there when it is hotter, the AC/Heat control was not in the unit, but in another unit in the house. Although a simple message/call to Bill would have gotten us taken care of I am sure. He was great and very responsive. Thank you

Super close to Mayo which was a requirement for me.
The location was near perfect in terms of walkimg distance to Mayo. Took me 7-8 minutes under a brisk pace door to door. Security of the apartment is thin with a light door to rented space and otherwise open access to first floor apartment and starewell. I moved furtiture to block the access door at night while I slept for peace of mind. I recommend this spot for families stuck at Mayo for multiple days on end.

Perfect for our Mayo visits
A great place to stay while we had multiple days of appointments. Bill was amazing to work with and very accommodating! The walk was about five minutes to the Mayo campus. The place had everything we needed!

Was in town for appointments at Mayo. Place was clean, safe and easily accessible to the hospital. It was very warm in the house, and couldn't find a thermostat to adjust the temp, but otherwise it was very nice.

Older apartment as represented, clean & enjoyable!
Check in was easy. Communication was prompt. 10 minute easy walk to Mayo Building. Well stocked with towels/toiletries/Keurig coffee/kitchenware. Comfortable, spacious place. Note if walking is difficult for you- the entry is a 1 minute walk from the driveway and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Wifi on occasion lagged, but was suitable. Bill's place was a nice retreat for the two of us for our four day visit to Mayo. We would stay again.

Just what I needed
The neighborhood was older but a short distance from Mayo. I could not get in and got in my car to go to a hotel. Then I got a call from Bill who gave me the new code. The code was on the app which was not working for me. I walked in and was amazed. It was clean, looked freshly painted, and had everything I needed. The kitchen utensils were all there. The Kuerig was well stocked. There were plenty of towels. The bathtub had slip preventers and the towel curtain had magnets. There were kleenex boxes where needed. There was overall attention to detail. Good job Bill
