" The staff at this resort are all wonderful. The food is great, it was hard to get reservations at the sit down restaurants but we did go over New Years which I think is a lot busier. They have two other restaurants where you can walk in and sit down and order if you don’t want to go to the buffet. That was very nice when we didn’t get a spot in the reservations required restaurants. Tons of fish right at the resort. It’s a little rocky but adds to the experience. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of fish. Everything was exactly what they claim on their website. There was no pressure to buy timeshares (we’ve had that at other places) and no pressure to tip even though we did. It’s easy to find a quiet spot if you want it and also things going on all the time if you want to be entertained. They had something for everyone. I would recommend for couples or for families with children. Also loved the entertainment. Real talent, meaningful themed shows, classy. Loved it all. "

"Beautiful property, great food, very clean and staff very helpful. Make sure you book dinner reservations well in advance. Kayaks need reservations too. It was week worth the extra fee to have park access with shuttles at no addt fee. I feel like i stayed at a great resort and did not have the hassle if third party tour guides to the park. I could comr and go as i pleased. Also, the hardest part was deciding to go to parks or stay in resort, both were beautiful, clean and fun. "
