「Everything was great the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant beside it was really good, we went multiple times. There is a convenience store next to it and a grocery store across the street. The public transportation stop is also very close and downtown is only a few blocks away. I didn’t love the smoking in the courtyard, we could smell it from our room, but there are lots of cats and kittens around which was sweet」

「Un excelente lugar para quedarse, ubicado dentro de un complejo de campo de golf cerca de Xel Ha, Akumal, Aktun Chen y a 35 minutos de Tulum o Playa del Carmen. Ideal para una escapada en pareja o viaje familiar. Cuentan con cocina comunitaria para preparar el desayuno, hay supermercado cruzando la calle aunque recomendamos surtir la despensa en Tulum, de camino del aeropuerto. 」

「Wat een super plek! Midden in de jungle. Stilte van de straat en het geluid van de jungle. Italiaanse eigenaar. Kamers zijn ruim en erg netjes. Geen airco maar wel een fan. Uitstekend ontbijt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding 」

「Es excelente y el trato mucho mas」

「Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. 」

「The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

「Muy razonable considerando la tarifa y ubicación del hospedaje. Pésima la señalización y la ubicación referencial en el mapa de la aplicación, casi abortamos pernoctar allí debido a que nos tomó casi 40 minutos estar rondando para dar con el lugar.」

「We had an amazing time at SIWA! The location was beautiful and was close to the beaches. You will need a car to get around. The surroundings were breathtaking. The suite was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back.」

「It’s a great modern hotel without the big price tag. Also continently located away from traffic and noise. It’s a 7 min drive to the beach front restaurants. Other than the lack of service, I.e. daily cleaning/ turning the rooms, it was a great experience. We’ll be back and stay there again.」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
