"Hotel has a great feel about it, and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. If there was anything to mention it would be that breakfast tables were not being cleared and reset as efficiently as they could be. We had a wonderful stay though, thank you"

"This is a great hotel, very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed their touch of coffee and water available and some gluhwein occasionally. Only complaint was our room description- 1 bedroom suite in every other hotel we’ve stayed in has meant a separate room for sleeping and this is what we expected as we were travelling with 2 older teen boys. "A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !"

"Great place to stay for late arrivals or early departures. Convenient, with helpful staff and room with most amenities. I would only recommend it for airport stays, as there’s not much in the area apart from the airport."

"Like any other hotel in Europe, it’s small but clean. Elevator in only up to 1st floor. You have to drag your luggage if you’re on the higher floor. Restaurants is everywhere and you can walk everywhere. I like that it’s in front of the river. "

"Fantastic property. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Great amenities. Stayed on the 6th floor with executive lounge access. The staff running this was 5 star if not more. I cant say enough good things about them. Loved the convenience of the lounge and it has great views of the city. 5 minute walk to train station to get in and out of Cologne. Taxies were always around. 10 minute walk to old town across the bridge. Negative- bathroom a little dark. We will definitely be back on...
