"Nice clean room with a wonderfully comfortable bed and linens. Right across the street from a fantastic restaurant and nice theater. Within easy driving distance of everything but not a really busy location. "

"THE FACILITY HAS OBVIOUSLY SEEN BETTER DAYS.THE POOL AREA IS OVERGROWN AND LONG CLOSED. ONLY ONE ICEAMAKER IN THE WHOLE PLACE. YOU NEED TO REALIZE THE WHOLE AREA HAS FACED ECONOMIC DEPRESSION SO PRETTY GOOD COMPAIRED TO OTHER OPTIONS,THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE COMFY. VERY QUIET. LOTS OF PARKING. BREAKFAST WAS VERY SATISFYING INCLUDING HOT FOOD. BRUCE WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND HELPFULL THROUGHOUT OUR STAY."

"John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none"

"Very nice little guest cabin tucked in the woods. Option to rent the boat they have or not, which helped us out a lot for keeping our daily options open on where and when we wanted to fish. My only complaint is the pontoon died several times out in the water but good news is that it always restarted for us after a bit. I did have to jump in the water to avoid hitting one shoreline, but after it died that last time, we fished for awhile and didn’t turn it off again until we were back at the boat...
