"I was somewhat worried about food quality and complaints about hard to reach staffs after going through many many reviews. However I totally wasted my time reading those reviews. Food qualities were awesome. Me and my 7 other family members age ranges were from toddler to 60s,no complaints about food quality. We stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular! Only odd thing was, resort had fewer restaurants onsite than other resorts in cancun. Everywhere was Super clean, staffs were always cleaning....

"Our flight was very delayed. I had communicated that. We arrived at 3:00am. We knocked, yelled, rang the bell, and nobody answered. The neighbors must have loved us. NOBODY ANSWERED. We had to spend the rest of the night outside."

"We arrived in Cancun at 11am and we thought the hostel was going be closed. They were not closed and the front desk welcomed us and offered us some water after a long travel. The staff was super friendly. The place was super cute and clean. It was not right by the beach like the picture but we only stayed there one night. It is a walking distance from the ferry which was very convenient. The bed and showers were very comfortable and nice. The shower had very good pressure and it was hot water....
