"This will be a long one!! We arrived early, reception was amazing. Allowed for us to check in a bit earlier and have lunch while we waited for our room to be ready!! The staff was always quick to attend us and always so pleasant! Always a smile on their face! The shows at night were beautiful! Our girls loved every minute of it! Best of all was the KidsClub! Girls would wake up in the morning talking about it immediately! They had crafts and so many other activities!!Felt so safe leaving them there while we had some adult time for a few hours. My only small complaint… The pillows. A bit too hard for my liking. And the app to reserve for the restaurants was a bit confusing and not working well. But it was fine for us because the Buffet always had different options of foods every day for every meal! But will for sure return! "

"I love most are the staff, from every single department, very courteous and professional. The service are excellent and timely manner. What I hate most is the presentation part in selling their timeshare specifically the “big guy” who supposed to be the last to convince us to buy their timeshare. I clearly indicated to him that there is no way we will get it but he kept pushing it like I don’t understand what he’s saying and he seemed not listening either to what I’m saying. I hate it but I really have to be rude to him, so he will stop persuading me. The other not so good is the fact that we supposed to be expedia VIP access which we found out when we checked in, that there is a personal concierge that comes with it, he personally greeted us and bring us in our room but that’s the first and last time we saw him. I tried to call him few times but I never talked nor returned my call. I think they should not just provide service like that cause it’s useless anyways and it just make you disappointed!"

"The hotel and the staff met all my family expectations, the buffet was good and all restaurants were on point. The room and pool areas were clean, the staff was always cleaning and providing red carpet treatment to all of us. Definitely we are coming back, Highly recommended!! They have Activities for kids and adults, excursions for a price, currency exchange in the lobby area. The only thing: you have to pay a fee in Mexican pesos or card when you check in (they don’t accept usd dollars) so be ready in case you don’t want to use your card there. But like I said: highly recommended "

"This was our second trip to Crown Paradise. Reyes in the pool area and Rubicel at La Palapa made this our favorite trip so far. Thank you both so much, we can’t wait to see you in April!! For those concerned about the change of ownership this year, the only difference we noticed was no live band in the lobby. The Disney show was absolutely wonderful! They are currently modernizing the pool sail system so there was a little bit of construction until about 11am. We appreciate that they consistently make upgrades and have already booked two more stays for 2025. I’m NCGS and am able to find plenty of food without gluten at the buffet. The only night that’s a little iffy is the Asian night. If you have issues with gluten, you may want to let them know so they can help you navigate safe dishes or eat at one of the restaurants where they list allergens on the menu. We read a review that the market no longer set up in the lobby. That’s definitely not true. We had a great time shopping on Saturday night!One of the vendors is making a couple custom items for us so we can pick them up in April!"
