"The hotel is in really good condition and the staff were friendly. Despite us going for a 'cosy' room it actually very spacious. Being first timers we think we found ourselves in the more financial district of Berlin but the sites are very spread out and can easily pick up a taxi or walk if you leave yourself plenty of time. It was very close to the beautiful gardens."

"Nice quiet hotel in a great location. Very close to both the Stadtmitte and Checkpoint Charlie U-bahn stations, and near several restaurants and coffee shops. You are right at the corner of Freidrichstauss, which is a major thoroughfare in the city with many high end shops. You are 15-30 minute walk from virtually everything. We walked to Anhalter station, the Reichstag, Brandenburg gate, topography of terror, and tons of other points of interest. The room got pretty hot and we couldn't turn the heat down, but the windows open to let fresh air in. We took a red eye flight and got to the hotel at noon, and they let us check in right away which was such a relief. Would absolutely stay here again. "
