「My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. 「Clean room and nice bathroom, but very worn and shabby carpet. Breakfast was good and a special plus for the samovar and small teapots for us non-coffee drinkers. A smell of sewage in the lifts and stair case. 」
