「Great little place to stay and so close to the amazing beach!!!! We had a little unit with a bunny bed and double bed. Little microwave and a little “ island” tha theme dishes,kettle. Etc…. The brash was steps away. And behind the hotel/ park is a really really good restaurant so there was no need to walk or drive anywhere. Cute little place to stay right on the beach. Loved it. 」

「Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. 「Outstanding stay. I used to stay here when it first opened decades ago all the time but this is my first trip back in a long time and its still outstanding. Well appointed, homely style furniture and while its not modern it has a great quality and vibe about it. Highly reccomend.」

「It was a hurried booking and the price was more than reasonable, so I wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a 1 bedroom room (I had booked a studio) with full kitchen, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the shower, sealed toothbrush & toothpaste packages in the bathroom. Sure the place has a bit of age on it but it was all in very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets had that fresh laundry smell.」

「Nice and close to shops and only 5mins to town. Very clean! Bonus, it's on a side street so nice and quiet. Pool available but we didn't use it. Bed was firmer than I'm used to, but was fine for 2 nights.」
