Very private, peaceful and quiet natural setting. Relax while listening to singing birds or watch the wild-life including manatees in season from the deck overlooking salt creek that is 87 degree warm all year, mineral rich ( 51 minerals ) natural out-flow from nearby ( about 1/2 miles ) Warm Mineral Spring Lake also know as Fountain of Youth.
Location
Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood.
Great area that offers boating, fishing, golfing, canoeing, bike riding, walking. Atlanta Braves training field and water park nearby.
Walking distance to Warm Mineral Springs ( about 1/2 mile ) and 5 minutes from US 41.
Within 30 minutes drive to fantastic beaches ( Venice Beach, Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Siesta Key Beach ), parks, shops and restaurants.

Parking in the private driveway. Swimming pool is used at own risk. No diving, food or glass in the pool. Not suitable for infants and children.
There is wildlife in the canal ( no swimming). No smoking of any kind, no drugs anywhere on the property. Do not fish from deck.
No illegal activity of any kind allowed on the property. The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the quests.
