"This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh. Also, a Shuttle to and from Old town would be a nice touch, as well. Overall a very nice experience. "

"Service at the hotel is really great! Unfortunately, the facility itself is desperately in need of updating. They downplay the condition by positioning it as a classic Mediterranean resort, one of a timeless age. Also, the layout of the villa is "choppy," making it a bit challenging for customers to navigate their way around. Lastly, the resort is directly on East Camelback Rd., making entry/exit difficult via car and virtually impossible on foot (no sidewalks!)."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly, the food at the restaurant was great. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing along with the decor of the hotel very updated which I appreciate a lot. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Arizona. "
