“Fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room a surprise upgrade on the room I had originally booked. The room was lovely and WOW the bathroom was out of this world. I would stay again such a beautiful building. Only one negative was the pigeon that sat on the vent to the bathroom singing to us but sooner that than noisy people.”

This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! “The hotel was lovely and of a good standard for what we paid and situated in the perfect location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a quiet rear room, which was quite small. However, it was sufficient for two nights stay. It offered some nice touches, such as cocktail glasses and a good selection of condements. “Cheltenham prices are higher than the other locations we've visited, but the age and layout of the old pub building leaves you feeling short changed. Staff service and food were very good and breakfast was included in price. Parking was on the street, time sensitive and where a gap could be found. ”

“The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price……
