“Fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room a surprise upgrade on the room I had originally booked. The room was lovely and WOW the bathroom was out of this world. I would stay again such a beautiful building. Only one negative was the pigeon that sat on the vent to the bathroom singing to us but sooner that than noisy people.”

We picked The Guiting Guest House because it was centrally located to many of the National Trust Sites (Manors and Gardens) we had planned to visit. The Hosts, Lou and Graham were incredible. They were courteous and engaging everyday. They ensured you enjoyed your stay to the fullest. They provided recommendations for nearby places to eat and we found some gems. “The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price……

“Cheltenham prices are higher than the other locations we've visited, but the age and layout of the old pub building leaves you feeling short changed. Staff service and food were very good and breakfast was included in price. Parking was on the street, time sensitive and where a gap could be found. ”
