Needs some attention
Wasn’t able to get into house for 2 hours after checkin time. The house needs work. Lots of problems. Some lights not working dishwasher was wrecked. Toilets all work but 3 of them had small issues. Really out dated. Would be a great place but needs some attention

Palace Palms Stay - Beware:
While the home looks nice online, beware. We stayed at this home, and my daughter was putting up black out shade in a bedroom for a small child to sleep. The glass in the window broke easily. It appears the glass was inexpensive glass, and not tempered. It is luck she was not hurt in the process. We were charged for the damage as we reported it, and the charge to replace the glass are excess. I would steer clear of this home.

Couple of things were disappointing
The hottub was great, but smelled really bad like mold. The pool isnt heated and is cloudy and freezing. There are only 3 threadbare pool towels. For such a large home, that sleeps 12, they should have more pool towels. There are also no extra bath towels. Each bed had one towel on it when we arrived. There were no extra blankets or pillows. There is not enough seating. There is plenty of seating for 12 people at the dining table but only seating for 4 around the TV room. There should be 2 full size sofas, not 2 small loveseats. The carpet in the garage bedroom was stained and filthy. The patio furniture cushions were torn and stained. You are not able to sit on the furniture under the shade. We had to buy our own frying pan because the ones in the kitchen were not great. That was a preference. But mostly, the issue was not enough towels, no blankets for the beds, and smelly pools.
