"The hotel was superb. We used all the facilities, the gym was small but had everything for a quick workout, the spa was amazing, and the roof top pool was heavenly. We used 2/3 of the hotel restaurants and the quality of the food was unmatched! Highly recommend the Italian and tapas restaurants. The rooms were clean and lovely for our quick trip and all the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was also included and the variety each day was amazing, even though the buffet area is small they still have everything you would need. Highly recommend this hotel and would return if I go back to Palma."

"We don’t usually go back to the same places but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Fontanellas. So easy to get to being 5 mins taxi from the airport. Great area, plenty of restaurants. Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."

"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"

"This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment."
