"We stayed here for one night while attending the Coldplay concert in Auckland. The facility is new and has an art deco vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, which seems to be part of the intended aesthetic. There's a paid parking area nearby, and the location at the upper part of Queen Street is excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay."

"We didn’t get a warning for a $200 bond before arriving to check in. I was okay to pay it but they didn’t have pay wave and we didn’t have a physical card with funds. It was a real pain for check in. The fridge was not good my ice blocks melted. But they allowed us to stay an hour longer for check out which was kind :) also staff really professional the room is basic but so clean! Which I always appreciate. Thanks Skycity."

"This is the first Voco brand name I have stayed at, and it exceed all my expectations. The front desk staff is efficient and polite after we arrived from a long flight. The hotel is new, clean, beautifully decorated and modern. Nice size room with a great view of the city.
