"This hotel offers good value for the money. The room was clean and had a modern bathroom and hardwood flooring. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the area is fantastic and within walking distance to many attractions. Please note that the rooms face an interior courtyard, and so the windows in my room faced a public hallway (there are curtains to block the view). I didn't mind that, since I only used the room to sleep."

"The apartment was great for our family. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. Our family enjoyed the game room although it could use some attention. Breakfast was adequate but could offer more options (meats other than ham, more pastries, jams). The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel could benefit by having a list of places to eat and to visit. "

"Ficamos 5 noites muito bem instalados na suite 301 e o Hotel é lindo, tem uma localização ótima, serviço impecável. Porém foi muito ruim ter eventos em todos os restaurantes do Hotel no mesmo dia impossibilitando de tomar um café ou chá nos restaurante do Hotel. "Excellent value. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip to Argentina. The location is very convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. We used the gym in the basement and the pool on the rooftop. There was also a relaxing spa in the basement. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that there were no pool towels at the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"Good property with great position near the Calle Florida and great for walking around Buenos Aires. Room was a bit run down, stains in bathroom, no plugs for bath? However beyond this room was very nice and the terrace gives a great view of the city. Staff/Front Desk was a bit poor, always slow to respond and always seemed to be a queue to speak to someone which is never a good sign!"

"Great hotel for a quick stop over in Palermo. We had a quad room which was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. Lovely neighbourhood to stroll through. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel!! The decor was awesome, tango-inspired. Our room was so beautifully decorated and so comfortable, also spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast room. "We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged. To be fair, there's a note in Expedia booking, but it's not very clear when making the booking, I would not say it's hidden but it's not clear at all. I use Expedia regularly and this is the first time I get charged the cleaning fee. I even paid everything in advance and I still have to pay that arrival. I would return, but I was not happy about that fee. I'm happy to pay it and the apartment was worth it, but I didn't appreciate the way it was placed in the booking. "

"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. Very nice pool for families. Good hotel for families on vacation and good breakfast!"
