Perfect location for our family trip
Our family of 5 lived the location of this condo. We loved the quick walk out to the beach and all the restaurants just a few minutes away. The condo was decorated nicely and had a well stocked kitchen.

Seacrest perfection
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo and High Pointe. The unit was clean and decorated nicely with updated fixtures & bathrooms. Our only suggestion would be to heat the pool in March for all the spring breakers - the pool was freezing!

Condo was so clean and nicely decorated. View of pool was unmatched by anywhere else we have stayed. Management was very helpful. Security guards were frequently seen at pool and walking around which I appreciated. Beach was spotless. We will definitely be back again.

Could not have been better!
The condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything one could need for a week at the beach. Pool is also excellent and condo is in a great location on the resort as well as within walking and biking distance to most everywhere you’d need to go around Rosemary Bch. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The check in/out process was very easy and the instructions provided beforehand answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem
We had a great time! Great unit, location and communication! Unfortunately, my daughter left her sleep “lovie” there. We think it fell between the bed and wall (closer to window) or got made in with the sheets. It might even be under the bed! If anyone happens to look we would be forever grateful. She’s had it since she was a baby and we have had tears every night missing it!

Terrible communication about availability of bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. Room was shown as 1314 and there is no such room. I searched the five buildings looking for it. I finally went to guard shack and he informed me that the first digit referred to the building number. Furniture in condo was outdated and old.

Fourth stay at High Pointe
High Pointe has been our family vacation spot the past four years. The area is nice and quaint. Close proximity to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The grounds of High Pointe are very well kept and clean. Our children love the lagoon pool and it’s an added bonus that the condo includes two chairs and umbrella set up on the beach for you. The condo is updated and nicely decorated. Overall, we have been pleased with the cleanliness of this condo.

Perfect condo at the perfect Florida beach.
This unit is nicely updated, and feels like home. The complex is fantastic, really short walk to many restaurants, social drinks, and shopping (literally across the street.) Not to mention the short walk to downtown Rosemary Beach is amazing as well. The beach area at this rental is perfect, not crowded, with two chairs and an umbrella ready for each day. The pool is also perfect and large enough to avoid crowding.

Good stay for all things Rosemary
Great location and walkable to all things Rosemary Beach. The pool and grounds were well taken care of and condo is as pictured. It was very secure, almost too secure as they really would not let you in or out without wristbands on at all times. They do only provide the bare necessities - it would be nice if there were extra beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. There also wasn’t proper bedding for the pullout couch, just a sheet and pillows with no pillowcases. Overall, we had a great trip and condo and location were very nice. Vacasa support was non-existent onsite so I’m glad we didn’t run into any major issues.
